All Humes manufacturing plants operate under a strict ISO 9001:2008 certified quality assurance systems. Humes’ products are manufactured in accordance with, and comply with, the standards in our letter.
Quotation Basis
Our quotation is based on the information you have provided us in relation to the contract. While we use our best endeavours to offer product that conforms to the requirements set out in the contract documents, in some instances the products we have offered may be alternatives or variations to what is specified or required in the contract. It will be your responsibility to determine the suitability of our products for the purposes you require them prior to accepting our quotation.
This quotation is based on rates and charges in effect at the date shown in this quotation. We do however reserve the right to pass on any increases due to any increased costs in materials from our standard suppliers. This quoted process will not apply if you wish to purchase part quantities of any product set out in the schedule. In this case, we may charge you our standard prices for these purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Standard Made to Order
Where Made to Order items are required and confirmed with acceptance of this quotation, the order may not be cancelled, or eligible for return and or credit.
Quotation Validity
Please note this quotation is valid for acceptance 60 days from date of issue, and is subject to our Conditions of Sale available on www.humes.co.nz
