Jeremy Green
Hawke’s Bay and Gisborne
Based in Hastings, Jeremy has eleven years in the civil construction industry with hands-on experience in production of precast products as a leading hand onsite, along with installing culverts, pump stations, reservoirs, and bridges. He returns to the industry after ten years, bringing with him project management, sales, and relationship management experience.
“With an industry background and onsite experience, I understand the importance of having the correct product the first time and on time. I am committed to working closely with our customers and their teams to ensure their plans are executed smoothly and pride myself on my honesty and reliability,” he says.
When not at work Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, their son and two beagles. During summer you’ll find them in Mangakino, wakeboarding, wake surfing and foiling. Jeremy also competes in the NAZCAR endurance pro series and NAZCAR/Lemons races with a group of friends. Living life to the fullest.

Kerry McDonald
Wellington, Wairarapa & Kapiti
Based at our Petone office, Kerry began his career in the trades, first as a panel beater and automotive refinisher, then coach building and manufacturing fire trucks.
Nearly ten years ago he jumped off the tools for an external sales role within the HVAC industry which he held for six years before joining Mico as a territory account manager for three years.
“I was interested in the civil space and when the opportunity came along with Humes I jumped at it,” he explains. “I really enjoy the opportunity to solve customers’ problems and am here to help with last minute submissions, getting pricing back urgently and making things happen. I really care about adding value to their business and contributing to getting positive results.”
Outside of work you’ll catch Kerry diving for seafood, djing, producing music and powerlifting.
Kerry is excited by the opportunity to continuing the fantastic relationships Humes has in the Greater Wellington market, and also build new relationships that shall bring value to both businesses.

Angela Lacey
Central Otago & Southern Lakes
Based in Alexandra, Angela has returned to Humes having previously worked with us for seven years in the early 2000’s.
Angela left Humes to study Beauty Therapy, an industry she was in for five years. She then spent twelve years at Fulton Hogan Ltd in tender administration, NOC contract and civil division in operations. She then moved onto Delta who are asset managers for Aurora, and when an opportunity arose to come back to Humes, she jumped at it.
“There are some very cool people in this industry and I enjoy the team culture. The Account Manager role, whilst new to me is going to be a good challenge to sink my teeth into,” she explains. “I am a local with local knowledge and connections within the civil construction industry and I pride myself on being reliable and consistently doing what I promise to do.”
Outside of work Angela and her partner have purchased a lifestyle block so the majority of their spare time is currently spent building a large shed, fencing and managing a few animals.
