As part of an ongoing store refresh across our network, the team at Humes Albany now have an exciting new space to welcome customers.
Lorraine Fitzpatrick, Head of Distribution North Island for Humes says the improvements aren’t just about giving things a fresh lick of paint, but exploring ways to innovate and improve for our future.
“Our focus has been on enhancing the customer experience by making it easier to shop and creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere within the branches,” she explains. “It is also important that our team enjoy being in these environments, that they are comfortable and practical, so these improvements include implementing systems and processes that support efficient and effective operations.”
